*A request refers to a single piece of artwork, such as a poster, social media graphic or event banner. Requests queue in the order they're submitted, and your queue carries over each month. Long-form publications and booklets are scoped separately.

You can submit requests as they come up — we'll work through them in order, completing and approving each before the next begins. The number we handle at once depends on your tier.

One request equals one design deliverable — a poster, a social media graphic, or a digital banner. Multi-format adaptations, large campaigns or complex layouts may be treated as separate requests or scoped individually.

Turnaround depends on your tier, ranging from same-day priority to 3–4 business days. We'll confirm your turnaround when we match you to a plan.

Yes — revisions are unlimited for retainer clients. Treat us like your in-house design team; we'll keep refining until it's right.
For Project-Based customers, up to 3 changes will be included for free. Changes that significantly expand the original brief or shift direction entirely may be scoped as a new request.

Your request queue carries over month to month — there's nothing to "use up." We work through requests in the order they're submitted, and any queued work continues into the next cycle.
